About

 

Peter is a partner and a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Family Law. He is also the lead of the Kells Sydney and Wollongong family law practice. He grew up locally in the Illawarra and is known in the family law circles as being pragmatic, diligent and a skilled legal practitioner.

   

What he does


Peter has practised exclusively in family law for over 20 years. He provides direction and advice in all matters of family and children disputes arising from the breakdown of relationships. He has a particular interest in complex property matters for married, de facto and same sex couples. He also has a wealth of experience in children’s issues.  


Peter delivers accurate and concise family legal advice and, through his extensive experience, he instils a strong sense of confidence and reassurance to his clients. Peter is committed to achieving the best outcome for his clients.

Qualifications

 

Peter has a Bachelor of Law and is a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Family Law. He is a qualified Collaborative Lawyer and is also recognised in being named among Australia’s finest lawyers for family law for the past 4 years in the Best Lawyers in Australia in family law. 

   

Life Outside Kells

 

Peter is enthusiastic about fitness and keeping healthy. He enjoys spending time with his family, has a particular interest in politics and is passionate about cars. During the summer months, he will be found at a live cricket match or watching a game on TV.
