    If you do wish to make a compensation claim for your injury, our legal fees are provided to you on a no win, no fee basis. This allows you to work on recovering and move on with your life while we work on getting you any damages you are owed.

  • Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

    It's not necessary. We will do the work for you. 


    If you have any medical records at hand or a claim number (if a claim is already on foot) it could be useful to share it with us, to help speed up the initial process. 


  • How long will my appointment be for?

    Generally, between 30 and 60 minutes. Our lawyers will work around your schedule. We are committed to listening to your story and will spend as much time as is needed to ensure you're fully informed and cared for. 

  • Are there any time limits?

    Yes, and it depends on the type of claim. There are certain exceptions to proceed even if you come to us with a late claim. It's best to get advice early to avoid this hurdle.


    In motor vehicle accident claims we have 3 months from the date of the accident to submit a claim form, but only 28 days if you want income benefits back paid from then. 


    For all other negligence claims, we have 3 years from the date of the incident to commence court proceedings. Otherwise, we need to satisfy the Court to allow a late claim to proceed. It can be done, but it's best to avoid the risk.
