Ashleigh is a dedicated and compassionate lawyer committed to guiding clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions. Ashleigh has extensive expertise in all areas of family law, including divorce, parenting arrangements, property settlements, spousal maintenance, and child support.
Known for her practical advice, strategic thinking, and unwavering support, Ashleigh has assisted countless individuals and families navigate complex legal matters with clarity and confidence.
Ashleigh is focused on achieving the best possible outcomes while minimising conflict and stress. She is able to achieve this by taking a pragmatic approach to negotiations and always aiming to resolve matters efficiently and amicably out of court wherever possible. However, when litigation becomes necessary, Ashleigh is a strong and strategic advocate - an experienced and confident presence in the courtroom who ensures clients feel supported and well-represented.

Who Ashleigh acts for
Ashleigh acts for clients who are experiencing a breakdown of their personal relationships. This includes clients who are married or in a de facto relationship, including same sex couples or people who have had children with a partner. Ashleigh also acts for grandparents in parenting disputes.
Qualifications
Holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and is also a member of the Law Society of New South Wales. Ashleigh is admitted to both the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Community Involvement
Ashleigh is an active participant in the Mentor Walks Wollongong and previously held the position of Board Director at Austlaw. Ashleigh was named the winner for the category of Outstanding Young Employee in the 2019 Business Illawarra Awards and listed as a finalist in the 2019 State Business Awards for Outstanding Young Employee across New South Wales. Ashleigh was also named a finalist in the 2019 Illawarra Women in Business Awards for Young Business Woman of the Year.
Outside of Kells
Outside the office, Ashleigh dances competitively each year in the Bjelke Peterson Physical Culture Championships (“Physie”). Ashleigh has won the title of National Champion for her age a number of times and has been named the overall National Grand Champion Girl at the Sydney Opera House in 2019, 2022 and 2023. She is also a proud mum to 4 fur babies: 2 Pugs, a Chihuahua and a Staffy.
