About

Brooke is a lawyer who practices in our estates and conveyancing practice based in our Thirroul office. She grew up locally in the Illawarra and is known by her colleagues for her authentic and energetic character.

What she does

Brooke provides legal advice over a vast range of estate matters including: Estate Planning (Wills, Power of Attorneys and Enduring Guardians), Estate Administration (Probate and complex Letters of Administration), Estate Disputes (Acting for the estate and individuals seeking further provision from a deceased estate, including persons left out of a Will altogether). Brooke also provides assistance to Buyers and Sellers of Residential Real Estate in conveyancing matters.

“I take a charismatic approach when dealing with my clients. I prefer to listen to their questions and concerns and collaborate with them to work on the common goal. I am passionate about helping people whether it be in my professional capacity or personal life. I provide knowledgeable advice whereby I use relatable scenarios to help clients understand the situation without the extra jargon which can sometimes be overwhelming. I am always prepared to support and guide new clients who have had no exposure with lawyers before and believe I am highly approachable so they never feel lost or alone during their journey with me”.
