About

 

Meg is an associate in the Kells commercial practice based in our Wollongong office. She grew up in Jamberoo and is known in the Kells team for being conscientious, efficient, and perceptive.


What she does

 

Meg acts for clients across a range of commercial matters, including:

  • acting on the purchase and sale of businesses and companies; 
  • advising companies on issues of corporate governance and compliance, privacy and confidentiality;
  • preparing, reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements, contractor agreements, terms of trade and loan documents;
  • preparing and advising on commercial property transactions including commercial and retail leases, acting for both landlords and tenants,  and contracts for sale of land.

Meg works with a diverse range of clients, from small to large businesses including companies, associations and not-for-profit organisations, to developers, landlords and local councils.

Qualifications

 

Meg holds a Bachelor of Laws (Distinction) and Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management (Distinction), and a graduate diploma in Legal Practice.  


Life Outside Kells

 

In her spare time Meg enjoys reading, grabbing a coffee, and spending time with family and friends.
