Piper is a law graduate in the firm’s personal injury practice. She grew up in the small coastal town of Shoalhaven Heads and is known by her colleagues as being passionate, driven and empathetic.

What she does

Piper joined Kells in April 2023 and has become an integral part of the Kells compensation practice. As a law graduate, Piper carries out complex work on client files, progressing matters and achieving successful outcomes.

These responsibilities include resolving client enquiries, identifying and researching legal issues as well as preparing legal documents for clients who are making compensation claims across motor vehicle accidents, public and medical negligence claims, workers compensation, work injury damage claims, superannuation (such as TPD claims) along with dust disease and industrial deafness.

Community Involvement

Piper participated in the cancer council’s march charge reaching platinum charger level and is also involved in playing netball at the UOW indoor netball and with the Kiama Netball Association.

Qualifications

Piper has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wollongong and has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.

Life Outside Kells

When she is not immersed in her work, Piper loves spending quality time with family and friends. She also enjoys attending social events, particularly live music, festivals, and bands. The arts hold a special place in her heart, particularly theatre.

Piper prioritises in staying healthy, mentally and physically, so you can often find her at the gym, running, or playing sports. However, when the sun is out, Piper will be at the beach with a good book.
